At Cosmos Bistro Our Chef/owner’s priorities are to make sure we are using the freshest and as much local product without giving up taste and flavor. We all know when we use locally sourced product, the food just tastes better. We also compost everything that is food waste. We recycle all of our plastic, paper, tin and glass. It is important to all of us that work at Cosmos to have as small a carbon footprint as possible. We even recycle our unused water for our plants.
Our food is all about feel good, home cooked, comfort food with a little flare and lots of love that you can taste with every bite. We also make specialty mimosas that are absolutely delicious. Join us for brunch, lunch or supper. See you soon.
