We’re some local Denver restaurant peeps who are trying to safely find our way through this strange time. While we’re still wondering if everything is still going to turn into a zombie film, we thought, “hey, let’s switch it up for a bit” …And voilà, here we go:

During these cold months, we’re going to play with food while blasting some afro-disco and manipulating the heck out of some soy, seitan, exotic spices, and high-heat. And get this, it’s all plant-based, all made from scratch. There’s nothing sophisticated or haughty, just a good food mash-up inspired by Southern Africa and Southern Asia.
