A favorite with shellfish, this washington classic is 100% sauvignon blanc. Citrus aromas with a hint of minerals, melon and fresh herbs create a bright lively wine. Head winemaker, bob bertheau states “this is a favorite with oysters”.

The sparkman family opened the winery in 2004 and have earned recognition for their high quality wines throughout the years including being named wine spectator’s rising star and wine and spirits top 100 wineries in the world. Pearl is bright and crisp with minerality and aromas of lemon, green apple and melon.

Pinot Gris – Boomtown – Ancient Lakes – 2017
Dual family-owned, boomtown is part of the dusted valley winery of walla walla. The grapes for their pinot gris come from two guns vineyard. The wine’s aromas reminds one of crisp pear and apple with a hint of citrus and minerality. Its bright acid makes it very oyster friendly.

Part of family-owned pomum cellars, idilico specializes in spanish varietals. Their albarino is a dry white wine with bright acid and aromas of grapefruit, lemon and tropical fruit. The wine is crisp and refreshing, especially when paired with shellfish.
