Established in 1990 by Luca Sena, Panorama completed an extensive redesign by internationally acclaimed Marguerite Rodgers Interior Design in September 2016. New Executive Chef Matthew Gentile has revamped the Italian menu. Panorama was recognized with a Guinness World Record as the World’s Largest Wine Bar via an award bestowed on its custom-designed winekeeper/cruvinet, which offers 120 wines by the glass.
Chef Matthew Gentile interpreted Panorama’s stable of recipes, many of which had been in the Sena family for generations, and edited them with modern techniques, lighter ingredients and clean presentations.
