One More Bite is a Korean/Asian fusion restaurant located in the heart of Beacon, NY. Our menu features appetizers, sandwiches, soups, and rice bowls, all of which were crafted by the owner/head chef, Tom LaBelle, who has lived in Beacon for over 20 years. We offer a variety of healthy dishes, as well as comfort food, all with a Korean twist.
