Tempus is the flagship restaurant for acclaimed chef Ben Grupe. A James Beard semi-finalist and Captain of the 2016 Culinary Olympic Team, Grupe’s approach at Tempus is to take his extensive training in precision and technique and offer thoughtful food and hospitality based on the highest standards while remaining familiar and approachable. Using his training from the prestigious Greenbriar Culinary Apprentice program and vast experience in luxury clubs Grupe’s approach with Tempus is to take all the finer details of hospitality and make them comfortable and accessible.
