Jim Deggys Serves Brick- Oven Wood-Fired 10 inch Personal sized Pizzas. Our Pizza’s are Hand-Tossed and cooked at 700 degrees for three minutes in our rotating brick oven. Our Style is a good mixture between a Neapolitan and New York style pizza. Our crust is what most people love! We have a signature crust that is sweet, leopard appearance, and is light and airy.
