Crab and Shrimp Avocado Sald Jumbo lump crab and wine-poached prawns tossed with citrus aioli and stacked in a tower with diced tomato, crushed avocado, boiled egg, and scallions. Served with a petite arugula salad on the side.
Charred Tomato Bruschetta Vine-ripened tomatoes and grilled corn oven roasted with olive oil and garlic. Served on grilled toast with fresh basil and lump crab.
