Our menu is inspired from different regions of the American south. We offer Barbecue ribs, Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Smoked Sausage, and Chicken. Our house made side dishes are a perfect match that accompany the slow smoked entrees. We also offer specialty salads and vegetarian choices as well.
