American Pasta Factory is one os Roswell’s Favorite Restaurants! We came to the city bringing a unique experience to our friends in town with a fast casual concept for Italian food! Here you’re the chef and can build your pasta bowl just the way you want it! You choose between our homemade pastas (fettuccine, rigatoni or spaghetti), then pick your ingredients, your choice of homemade sauce (pomodoro, alfredo, bolognese or vodka), we cook it right in front of you and you’re ready to eat! Ohh and don’t forget to add your favorite meat (Italian sausage, meatballs and chicken)!
