First, I wish to offer Idaho a taste of authentic cuisine straight from the kitchen of my ancestors. The melding of subtle and strong flavors that little by little enamor you with the tastes, aromas, and colors of Mexico.

It is also my desire to make you feel at home and for the moment, experience the hospitality that is so characteristic of my country.

By offering America delicious and exotic Mexican dishes in a beautiful setting, I want to show you the appreciation I have for this beautiful country giving you, at the same time, a glimpse of a pueblo rich in history, culture, traditions, and much love.
