Bianco Carmello Latte
A sweet pick-me-up that perfectly blends together white chocolate and caramel. A crowd favorite!		 $4.75

An espresso forward drink that combines cinnamon with the nuttiness of almonds for only a hint-of sweetness.		 $4.75

Archives brews single-origin coffees which come to us from around the world with roasts coming from True Stone Coffee roasters in Minneapolis.		 $1.95

We serve a selection of Smith Teas — these tea leaves are whole leaves and individually wrapped to seal in freshness. We promise they are amazing.		 $1.95
Cold Brew
We steep our own cold brew for over 15 hours using a medium roast coffee — the result is a smooth, perfect brew that is great on its own or with cream.		 $3.50
Blended Coffee
Java Chip, Mocha, Vanilla Bean, or Extreme Toffee — these blended coffees are perfect for dessert or if you need something cold on a warm day.		 $4.95
Chai Tea Latte
A spicy chai latte that will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy inside. Definitely one of our popular drinks in the winter.		 $4.25

Our special espresso blend meets perfectly steamed milk. The best lattes in Grand Forks! For those who want flavoring, we use Monin syrups to ensure the best experience for your cup.		 $3.75

Dark or White Hot chocolate sauce melted into steamed milk. Yep, it’s good.		 $3.75

Our handmade chocolate chip cookies are a crowd favorite. The bakery also makes monster cookies, sugar cookies, and a few other seasonal favorites.		 $2.50
