Dreher’s Vienna Lager – 4.2% 16oz 4Pack Our approach to this Old World style is simply designed with 100% Riverbend Vienna base malt, a small pH adjustment with acidulated malt, and Chit malt added for body. Kettle hopped throughout with equal parts GR Hallertau Mittelfru and Czech Saaz, and fermented with Czech Lager yeast. Natural carbonation from fermentation coupled with our Lager faucets make for a soft body and a creamy, bitter foam. Toasty bread, honey, and a spice from the Saaz make this an easy drinker for the crisp fall weather. Tapped/canned 9/13/22 |

Centennial Fresh Hop IPA – 6% 16oz 4Pack A blend of Pilsner malts from NC, Pale & Munich malts from CO, Chit & Wheat malts from Minnesota make up a crisp and flavorful base for this showcase of Hop Flavor! Bittered with Nugget and a boil addition of Cascade balance just enough for a huge whirlpool addition of Fresh Hop Centennial. These were flown in over night from Oregon and we used them just within 24 hrs of being picked. Fermented semi dry with a clean Kveik strain. Orange marmalade and zesty citrus pith with an assertive bitterness that doesn’t linger. Tapped/Canned 9/6/22 |

Oktoberfest Märzen Lager – 6% 16oz 4Pack All American grown Vienna, Light Munich, and Pilsner malt, acidulated malt, and a small portion of under modified Pilsner malt round out the grist. Decoction mashed and kettle hopped with Hallertau Mittelfru, fermented under pressure with German Lager yeast, and Krausened. Cold conditioned and carbonated from fermentation, this Märzen is rich and toasty with a full body and just enough bitterness to keep it from finishing sweet. Prost y’all! |

Captain Insano American Strong ale – 10% 16oz 4Pack Brewed with Rootshoot English Pale malt and some malted white wheat, Captain Insano shows no mercy! First wort hopped with Nugget, boil additions of Amarillo hash and Cascade hash, and a whirlpool charge of Chinook hash and Nugget hash. Fermented with Omega Yeast thiolized American ale yeast and naturally carbonated from fermentation. Sneaky for such a Big ABV, this strong ale has notes of zesty Orange marmalade, Grapefruit pith, and finishes with a resinous bitterness that doesn’t linger. Tapped/Canned 8/17/22 |

Hopnitized Minds IPA – 7% 16oz 4Pack American grown pale ale malt and a small portion of American grown wheat malt step aside for a heavy hand of classic American hopping! Mash hopped with Cascade, First wort addition of Nugget, late boil addition of Cascade, and whirlpool hopped with Apollo oil, Amarillo hash, Chinook hash, and Citiva blend from Yakima. Fermented with Omega’s thiolized Star Party yeast, and dry hopped post fermentation with Simcoe, Columbus, Cascade, and Citra. Ruby graprefruit and zesty orange leads into a light piney resin, finishing soft but dry with a pleasant bitterness. Tapped/canned 8/4/22 |

Rons Margarita Sour Ale – 8% 16.9oz bottle This Imperial sour ale aged in house for 7 months in our Añejo Tequila barrel. We then conditioned it on fresh lime zest and raw Agave. Significant oak and a touch of smoke from the barrel blends well with a refreshingly tart and lime zip, while the Agave mellows the finish. A perfectly crafted Margarita in beer form! |

Fresh spiced apple cider aromatics, raisin and fig dried fruit leather mid palate with a silky dark grapeskin tannin and a rich warming finish. |

Cabernet Sauvignon Aged Candi Belgian Tripel – 8% 16.9oz bottle Belgian style Tripel aged 12 months in house in French Oak Grgich Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Vine ripened dark grapes and a rich honey sweetness from the Belgian malts sit mid palate, finishing with a jammy quality but also dry from the oak and tannins. Chardonnay Barrel Aged Candi – 8% 16.9oz bottle Belgian style Tripel aged 9 months in house in French Oak Chardonnay barrels. The residual sweetness from the Belgian malts balance well against the barrel tannins. Fresh white grapes, pear, and melon all harmonize with a noticeable malty sweetness on the back of the palate, finishing very fresh and relatively dry. |

KegBeater Jesus – 10.5% 16.9oz bottle This was the first barleywine we brewed back in October 2020 to fill some barrels. What we had left we dosed up with vanilla and marshmallow, its been conditioning for a few months now and is ready to drink! I think we are more excited about the label than we are the beer!
