BBQ Meats
Pulled Pork
Succulent Texas Style pulled pork. Rubbed with our famous Texas Dirt rub, then we smoke it slow and low for approx 8 hours in a combination of Cherry, Apple and Mesquite woods. Our secret ingredient is the love that is put into making it.		 $12.00
Half Chicken
We start with whole plump chicken fryers. We brine them for several hours then rub them down with our Texas Dirt dry rub. Then on to the smoke for several hours. They come out so juicy and succulent and pull right off the bone.		 $9.00
Smoked Turkey
We start out with giant whole turkeys, rubbed down with out famous Texas Dirt spice rub. Then we slow smoke it four hours to let all that goodness make it through every bit of meat. Then we pull and shred both the light and dark meat together so every mouthful is exploding with flavor. This turkey is so good, if you place any small amount on your head… your tongue will beat your brains out to get some.		 $15.00
Sliced Beef Brisket
Our brisket is generously massaged with our awesome Texes Dirt rub then slow smoked over a rotating combination of Cherry, Apple and Mesquite wood for over 12 hours. By the time it is sliced it is so tender it can barely make it from our cutting board to your plate in one piece.		 $20.00
Sandwiches
Pulled Pork Sandwich
Our tender pulled pork loaded high onto a lightly toasted bun. Served with a side of our specially made Texas Spit barbecue sauce.		 $5.00
Smoked Chicken Sandwich
Our pulled chicken loaded high onto a lightly toasted bun. Served with a side of our specially made Texas Spit barbecue sauce.		 $5.00
Smoked Turkey Sandwich
Our smoked turkey (1/4 lbs) loaded high onto a lightly toasted bun. Served with a side of our specially made Texas Spit barbecue sauce.		 $5.00
Beef Brisket Sandwich
