The mission of Bistro 163 is to increase food security and offer all neighbors and visitors a place to eat and come together as one community. We offer fresh food, prepared from scratch, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Lunch is served from 11 to 2, Tuesday through Saturday. Patrons are encouraged to pay more than the suggested menu price to help others enjoy a meal. If someone cannot pay for their meal, they may volunteer one hour in exchange for their meal.
