Blue Skies Food Shack brings our restaurant on wheels to serve only the freshest high quality food to the Wenatchee Valley and surrounding areas. Our promise to you is Locally Sourced, Soul Nurturing International Comfort Food. Featuring premium ingredients from local small businesses right here in the valley.

Menu staples include artisan smoked chicken brats on artisan brioche rolls, fresh locally sourced produce for our chicken curry, premium olive oil for our lemon garlic Awesome Sauce. World Class seafood from Sena Sea. Pico de Gallo that we use on our gluten free Wholesome Bowl. While serving the greater Wenatchee Valley we also love traveling to Entiat, Chelan, Leavenworth and Cashmere. Let us fuel and feed your soul! We cater!

Chicken Curry
Savory, spicy (medium spice level) and slightly sweet. Served with coconut oil infused Thai Jasmin Rice. Please note, the small green leaves you see floating in the curry are a Thai herb called Kaffir Lime Leave. We grow them fresh in our own garden. They add aroma and a very mild lime flavor		 $13.85
Smoked Apple/Brown Sugar Chicken Brats
Artisan smoked chicken brats by Mike’s Meats & Seafood @ Pybus Market in Wenatchee. Served on Artisan Brioche bun by Bosket Bread in Leavenworth, WA. Garnished with an assortment of premium condiments including Mama Lill’s PeppaLilli Mustard Pickle Relish. Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce, Grey Poupon Mustard and more.		 $10.15
Wholesome Bowl
Gluten free, vegetarian, can be made vegan by request. Brown rice, black beans, garbanzo beans topped with our very own lemon garlic Awesome Sauce made with 15 premium ingredients. We then add Pico De Gallo, Avocado, black olives, grated Snowdonia Red Leicester sharp cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Vegans can request that we hold the cheese and sour cream at the window when you pick up.		 $11.08
