Freeport Maine A Tiny Kind of Beautiful, Freeport, ME, American Pale Ale, 5.5% ABV A tiny beautiful something showcases a new hop variety, El Dorado. We started playing around with this hop last year. We brewed a pilot batch with this hop exclusively and one with it blended with some of our other favorite Northwest varieties. In the end, we decided that the El Dorado had such a unique and interesting character on its own, so we decided to brew it as a “single hop” pale ale. The aroma and flavor offer intense candied orange and citrus zest. A touch of flaked oats provide a rounded, silky mouthfeel. And like our other hoppy offerings, tiny was brewed to finish dry and clean. |

Maine Beer Red Wheelbarrow, Freeport, ME, Amber Ale / Red Ale, 7.0% ABV Red Wheelbarrow doesn’t fit neatly into a style category – think of it as a stronger, more hop-forward interpretation of a traditional red ale. Red Wheelbarrow is not, however, a “red IPA” – there is robust malt character (think raisin and fig) on both the nose and palate that temper the abundant hop presence (think citrus fruit). Vitals: Color – Red ABV – 7.0% O.G. – 1.070 Malt – Weyermann Munich 1, Briess 2-Row, Victory, Chateau Special B, Chateau Abbey, Briess C-80 Hops – Columbus, Amarillo, Falconer’s Flight. |
$8.00 |
Newburgh Brown Ale, Newburgh, NY, Brown Ale, 4.2% ABV Our version of a London Style Brown Ale. In the south of England, they prefer their brown ale maltier and lower in alcohol. Here in Newburgh, we tend to agree. Verging on black, this beer pours with a light tan head and beautiful ruby highlights in the glass. The flavor is dominated by malty sweetness and gentle hints of chocolate and toffee. A nice and sessionable 4.2% alcohol content and medium to light body begs for an evening by the fire at your local pub. |
$6.00 |
Peekskill Uncommon Lager, Peekskill, NY, Pilsner, 4.5% ABV A truly “uncommon lager”. Crisp and drinkable lager using a balance of German pilsner malt and rye malt featuring our favorite Segal Ranch Nugget Hops. |
$7.00 |
Trinity One Ear Naked Saison, Colorado Springs, CO, Saison, 6.5% ABV One Ear is an unspiced ‘naked’ Saison brewed with barley, oats, and rye. A Free-Rise fermentation develops a light fruit and pepper, while the assertive hoping profile creates a dry finish. |
$8.00 |
Victory Summer Love, Downingtown, PA, Golden Ale/Blond Ale, 5.2% ABV Sublime, earthy noble hops are backed up by fresh, clean German malts, ending with a surprising burst of lemony refreshment from fistfuls of American whole flower hops. |
