Brooklyn Baking Company has been a Waterbury landmark for over 100 years. We are still carrying on the tradition. We are best known for our Donuts and Italian Bread but we make plenty of other great products, Breads, Rolls, Pastries, Cookies, Cupcakes, Bakery Pizza and we also make Breakfast Sandwiches until 12:00.
