Cafe Vietnam Truck is importing tradition from the streets of Vietnam to the streets of Los Angeles in style. It’s not every day you come across authentic Vietnamese cuisine, and certainly not in a food truck. Thankfully, Cafe Vietnam Truck is the delicious exception to the rule, and LA’s all the better for it.
Trang was born and raised in Nha Trang, Vietnam, a beach town well known for its amazing cuisine. Her signature items include 24-Hour Caramelized Pork Belly, Chicken Lemongrass, Vegan Curry. She is committed to uphold her family recipes and hope this authenticity will open a window for Los Angeles residents to pierce into Vietnamese sweet home cuisine.
