Chatz menu items are served buffet style or to your preference, and are 15-person minimum per menu item unless otherwise stated. ALL menu items are available for catering.

We offer the following meats, i.e., BBQ smoked pork spare ribs, turkeys, chicken, Boston butt roast, beef brisket, and house-made links. BBQ is slow smoked until tender and juicy. Premium Beef and Turkey burgers are never frozen. The chef will be happy to customize your catering menu to your satisfaction.
