Welcome to Corona Village Meridian Restaurant; an authentic “Taste of Mexico”. Corona Village came into being over 25 years ago in the sleepy, southwestern town of Meridian, Idaho and was founded on the idea of offering original Mexican cuisine served in a relaxin atmosphere. Today, the company includes locations throughout the western United States. Since the beginning, our entrées have been prepared using only the freshest produce and finest cuts of meat; from our homemade chips and salsa to our hand-prepared dishes with originality found only at a Corona Village Restaurant.
