Family owned since 1988, the Corral Bar and Grill has been a frequent stop for Big Sky locals and travelers from around the world visiting the beauty of western Montana and Yellowstone. Nestled quietly in the heart of the Gallatin Canyon 45 miles north of Yellowstone National Park, The Corral has welcomed locals and travelers alike since it first opened its doors in 1947. Originally built as a dance hall and watering hole for cowboys wrangling in the area, it is said that the building walls sport bullet holes from late-night altercations gone awry. As one of the few remaining pieces of the old Montana west, we are happy to have you with us and we hope you enjoy your time in our beautiful part of the country we call home!
