In ’07, Chef Tom Colicchio brought Craft’s pioneering culinary approach from NY to LA to continue his celebration of single ingredient dishes, expertly & simply prepared. Currently under the execution of Chef de Cuisine Brian Rigsby, Craft continues to feature a menu of local produce, all-natural meats & day-boat seafood. Designed by award-winning architecture firm, Bentel & Bentel, Craft LA is a bustling 10,000 sq-ft space that includes a dining veranda overlooking a four-acre park.
Craft LA is open for indoor & outdoor dinner every Tues – Sat, lunch Tues – Fri and weekday happy hour Tues-Fri.
