When it comes to an authentic Peruvian Restaurant in West Palm Beach, most people think of Ceviche.

We thought of just that and did not stop there. We wanted to make it a fun and enjoyable

culinary experience for everyone alike and decided to launch a fresh new restaurant

concept in the heart of West Palm Beach, Florida named after our chef and owner Carlos Brescia’s nickname, Dr. Limon.

Our trademark is not only a personalized service but also a fresh menu where most of the traditional Peruvian plates have been reinvented and changed into medical terms.

To complement this innovative cuisine, our guests can choose from a wide variety of wines, wine-based craft cocktails, real fruit juices, and of course… desserts!
