Dunderbak’s opened November 11, 1977 in Lehigh Valley Mall, Whitehall, PA. We are the longest continuously operated and independently owned business in this mall. Dunderbak’s is a German/American restaurant featuring Gourmet Soups, Specialty Sandwiches and Wurst with German/American Haus Platters such as Sauerbraten, Weinerschnitzel & Good Luck Port & Kraut. There are 12 draft beers featuring the Spaten beers from Munich, Germany and over 100 bottled beers from around the world. Dunderbak’s fits any group dining occasion from private to corporate groups, bus tour groups, high school and college German language groups.
