(BBQ Gyro) It starts with grilled onions browned in chopped bacon. Boil BBQ sauce on the grill. Then gently roll in 1/4 Lbs of gyro meat that has been heating on the other grill. When the tempered BBQ sauce has lightly coated everything. Place it on a warm grilled pita. That is topped with three fancy shredded cheeses. Then sprinkled with diced tomatoes. Mmm.
