The team at the Fiesta Taco Truck has been in the catering business since 1993… That’s a long time to be discerning the pallates of the Tri-State area. We have always believed that there is only one important rule: provide our customers with quality food and impeccable service.

The Fiesta Taco Truck uses only the finest ingredients in everything we prepare. We search high and low for flavor and texture that creates amazing tasting tacos, homemade tortilla chips, fresh salsa, and more. During that search, we have found interesting things to add to our menu such as lobster gaucamole and of course, our delicious seafood paella!

Pequeño – For 50 Or Less Guests ($20 for each additional guest)

Mediano – For 50 Or Less Guests ($20 for each additional guest)
Includes our gourmet tacos and quesadillas with choice of proteins or roasted vegetables, served with Spanish rice, black beans, homemade tortilla chips, fresh salsa, guacamole, garden salad and churros for dessert.		 $1,350.00
Grande – For 50 Or Less Guests ($22 for each additional guest)
Includes our gourmet tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and nachos with choice of proteins or roasted vegetables, served with Spanish rice, black beans, homemade tortilla chips, fresh salsa, guacamole, garden salad and churros and fresh fruit salad for dessert.		 $1,500.00

All our fiesta packages are freshly made in an unlimited amount and served with your choice of additional items.
All packages include all paper goods, utensils, garbage bags, and music for 2 hours.
Tax and gratuity not included.
One additional server for every 50 guests is required at a rate of $125.00

Travel Destinations
Travel fee for any location that is 20 miles further than our Monroe location.
$50/hour roundtrip travel time with distance determined by MapQuest.
