Holiday Decorative Breads (December 18th) Learn to mix challah with different flavors such as cranberry currants and candied orange peels. Shape 5 stand braids and wreaths, and decorative beads. (must be 18 or older). All classes are on Sunday afternoons 2:00 pm to 4:00/4:30 pm The payment covers the cost of all the ingredients and you always get to take something home. These are small classes and you will get to work with the bakers/owners/chefs themselves! No prior knowledge necessary!	$85.00
January 8th: Bread Baking 101 For ages 18 years and older. What better way to “start” “shaping” your year off right than learning how to make our famous Firebrand bread starter?
