Flavors of Our Travels Menu Prices

We are a husband and wife team who runs a from scratch kitchen that offers 100% ital, vegan, organic, gluten-free (soy-free, sugar-free, salt-free, peanut-free, caffeine-free, chemical & additive free) cuisine that is made using as many lovely local ingredients as possible.
Our menu rotates every few months, typically menus stay around for two to three months. Some items hang around from other menus like our GF Pierogies! We also offer catering, a pantry with frozen prepared foods, herbal teas available iced and hot as well as dry loose, housemade carob candy and handmade jewelry!

The Tea of Teas is a herbal blend of three South African Bush teas. It contains organic fairtrade Red Rooibos, organic Honeybush, and organic Green Rooibos which offer a plethora of antioxidants, including rare ones such as aspalathin, and nothofagin (soley found in Green Rooibos). This trinity of teas can be enjoyed throughout the day. Its green, berry, earthy, floral taste is unique and soothing, it tastes great when brewed with water or plant-based milk.

“The Royal Tea of Teas” is a blend of our “The Tea of Teas”, with some additional Honeybush (to further accentuate this blends flavor/odor profile), English Lavender and a few crushed Rosehips. This tea contains organic Honeybush, organic fair trade Red Rooibos, Organic Green Rooibos, organic Rosehips, and organic Lavender Flowers. The Royal Tea of Teas offers a plethora of antioxidants, including rare ones such as aspalathin, and nothofagin (soley found in Green Rooibos). This royal, trinity of teas can be enjoyed throughout the day however it may be better suited towards the evening or for unwinding. It has a splendid green, earthy, floral, berry taste that is very unique and soothing. It tastes great when brewed with water or plant-based milk.

Green Rooibos (8oz)
“Green Rooibos” is another tea that is derived from the South African Rooibos Bush. However unlike Red Rooibos, it is not fermented. Like traditional green tea, its the oxidation process that gives “Green Rooibos” its green tea flavor and it’s sought after antioxidants like aspalathin, and nothofagin that Red Rooibos lacks. Our “Green Rooibos” is an organic Green Rooibos loose leaf tea that is a great source for antioxidants if you do not indulge in caffeine. This tea tastes best when brewed in water. Tastes very similar to traditional green tea, minus the caffeine.

“Tha’ Lemon’erbal” is a South African Bush based herbal tea blend made with a combination of Citrus, Ginger, and assorted Herbals. It contains organic Green Rooibos, organic Rosehips, organic Honeybush, organic Ginger Rhizome, organic Echinacea Leaves, organic Lemon Balm Leaves, organic Spearmint Leaves, organic Lemon Peels, and organic Orange Peels. Tha’ Lemon’erbal is not only a great & relaxing tea but its laos highly medicinal! Another great thing about this tea is that it tastes lovely both hot and cold. This tea tastes best when brewed in water.

Honeybush (8oz)
“Honeybush” is an organic South African Bush tea derived from the Cylopia plant. To some it is considered a cousin to Rooibos teas due to their similar flavors. However, Honeybush is unique in itself by possessing sweet, floral, berry flavor. Like Red Rooibos, its tannins give it a subtle note similar to black tea (minus the caffeine). This loose tea tastes best when it is brewed in water or plant-based milk.
