Fóumami (pronounced Foo-mah-mee) is an Asian sandwich bar serving Shao Bing sandwiches, salads & more. Family recipes and traditional flavors from China, Japan and Korea provide the foundation on which Fóumami designs its signature dishes, most notably of which are its sandwiches served on hand-made freshly baked Shao Bing (a Chinese flatbread) unleavened bread that is crisp and flaky on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside.
