Named after the chef’s daughter, Guard and Grace is Chef Troy Guard’s modern steakhouse that opened in early 2014. It’s recognitions and awards list are almost as long as the wine list. From 16th Best Steakhouse in the World from World Best Steaks to eight consecutive ‘Best Steakhouse in Denver’ titles from Westword – Guard and Grace consistently reigns supreme in Colorado. The menu is truly meant to offer something for everyone, with often found steakhouse features as well as a plethora of award-winning seafood (yes, even in Colorado). Prime, Dry Aged and local Wagyu cuts of beef in 4 to 40 oz. portions are available to satisfy any sized appetite.
