Heroic Italian in Santa Monica reflects Exec Chef Jeff’s upbringing in and around Boston’s Italian North End and the Northeast where Chicken Parm and the Italian Hero originated. It was later in life when the family moved to Milan, Italy that he was jolted by the wonders of Osso Buco, Risotto and other authentic Italian dishes. Heroic pays homage to Italian and Italian-American traditions – often with a twist.
