Over the years Hop Häus Gastropub has changed a lot! Comfortable atmosphere, quality service, farm to fork menu featuring gluten-free and vegetarian options, seasonal craft cocktail menu, and a rotating craft beer lineup that is set to WOW you!

We are proud to be part of Southington, and one of it’s top locally owned restaurants. We thank everyone who has helped give us an amazing 8 years.
