Black Sesame Stout Roasted malts, hand-toasted black sesame, dry finish.
Pico Rico Mexican Lager Light malt flavor and Hallertau Blanc hops. Clean and crisp finish. Try it with lime!
Solistice Lager Clean, crisp lager with Citra and Mosaic hops in the whirlpool and dry-hop.
Sauvin Blanc Brut Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc hops with chardonnay grapes. Dry, wine-like finish. Our version of a “Brut” IPA.
Guava Goddess Pink Boots Hop Blend (Loral, Azacca, El Dorado, Idaho Gem) and guava puree. Basically a “juicy” IPA.
Stonewall Sour Saison Soured naturally with lactobacillus and finished with orange peel and coriander. Flavors of grapefruit and lemon zest lend a nice puckering mouthfeel.
