Iron Tree is a locally and environmentally minded chef owned restaurant nestled up in Florissant, CO. We brew our beers, smoke our meats, make our sauces, hand press our fries and make all flatbreads, breads and pastries in house.
As two Culinary Institute of America graduates, we believe using quality ingredients that we then turn into delicious wholesome dishes is the way food is intended to be. You won’t find any preservatives here!
Also, dietary restrictions are welcomed in our restaurant! With everything being made in house, it makes it much easier to accommodate any food needs one might have.
