The noodles we use for our ramen are make in house, as well as tonkotsu broth, chicken broth. Aside from ramen, we are also introducing new dishes to our community, donburi and ban mein. Donburi is a rice bowl with toppings that are commonly eaten in Japan. And ban mein is a noodle dish that comes with topping and sauce that you have to blend everything together before you eat. This kind of noodles dish are rarely find out side of ethnic community and we are proud to bring these two exciting dishes for our customers. At Kuma Ani, each location might be different from each other, but we want to make sure the name means quality and exciting food.
