Mattison’s caters pre-show dining as the official caterer at the waterfront Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall in Sarasota, Florida. Menus will be offered as a buffet style or seated meal based upon the current recommended safety protocols.

Menu varies as fresh, seasonal, and local products become available. Sample extravagant buffet dinner may include: gourmet cheese display, fresh seafood entrée, seasonal vegetables and grains, pasta creations, various house made desserts and much more.
