We are family owned and operated for 23 years.. Same Maui and Liz there everyday… Our girls Kailani and Kiana work along side our AWESOME prep guy Fishman , Kevin and John who are our adopted kids basically– We all live in the Maui Compound 2 blocks from the restaurant and we ALL have the same DREAM !! To continue to put out the freshest food we can and make memories for our customers — the ONLY thing NOT freshly made is the cole slaw..it’s good and we know that someone else makes it better than We can !!

We are for real FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED, WE MAKE our food .. FOR REAL – fresh cut fries, freshly breaded chicken, we cut and bread our own shrimp. make our own chicken cutlets and tenders, Burgers ar — FRESH is what we do !
