But, the pacific Northwest Mexican Food is also a name, a dream and realization since 1968. Its a vivid story concocted by a single man: Don Andres Cardenas. As our founder, he was also the creator of our first specialities, including some of the most important dishes which are well known in the state and through the Mazatlan chain,.
