The quick and easy 101 is that we’re known for our Petro (hence the name!). Simply put, a Petro is a barrel of deliciousness featuring your choice of our original chicken (97% lean) or plant-based chilis, Frito’s (or pasta!), and your preferred toppings (typically cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream, green onions, olives & jalapeños….but also guacamole, salsa, grilled chicken, BBQ pork and more!). The tastiness doesn’t end there. Our Hint-of-Orange Iced Tea, which is freshly brewed to perfection throughout the day and features just a hint of orange, is also an award-winning crowd favorite.
