The concept of Pick & Mix is simple: you pick the ingredients, then we mix them up fresh just for you! You get to design your own dish, with a base of rice or noodles, a wide variety of fresh vegetables, and your choice of beef, chicken, or tofu. Your custom creation is then sauteed together in a matter of minutes, and finished with one of our delicious sweet, savory, or spicy sauces. Extra hungry? Top it with a fried egg! Feeling adventurous? Try our soy lemon sauce! Or if you like things kicked up a notch, finish your bibimbap with a spicy chili paste.

Traditionally, Bibimbap is served in a warm stone bowl to make the rice on the bottom crunchy and to keep the dish hot for a longer time.
