Dolcetto, Barbera & Nebbiolo blend. Tannic with notes of black cherry. The Rosso Matot is Piedmonte in a glass. Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo harmoniously blend together to result in a rustic wine that offers notes of bark, earth, currants and tobacco. Fresh acidity with a leathery finish. This wine will complement a variety of grilled meats, fresh pasta with sun dried tomatoes, pesto and parmesan cheese.

LITER BOTTLE of organic whole-cluster Dolcetto. Youthful, fruity & light. Fausto and Cinzia Cellario are 3rd generation winemakers in the village of Carru` on the western outskirts of the Langhe in Piedmont. The family believes in only working with local, indigenous Piemontese grape varieties and fiercely defends local winemaking traditions both in the vineyard work and the cellar practices. Vineyard work is organic (soon to be certified) and all the fermentation take place with indigenous yeasts.

Lovely and bright, this Beaujolais-style Cab Franc can handle a chill and has notes of red fruit, bell pepper, spring flowers, and subtle smokiness. Certified sustainable, carbonic maceration, unfined and unfiltered, fermented with native yeast. Aged one month in neutral French oak barrels.

This super fresh, certified organic Sicilian bottling is made of 100% Nero d’Avola, one of Sicily’s signature grape varieties. Expect a bright purple, floral palate full of lush boysenberry and blueberry fruit.

Delicious natural Montalcino Sangiovese – basically an uncertified Brunello – the grapes come from the highest part of an organic vineyard, just above the 600-meter threshold that the government placed on Brunello production prior to 2016. Incredibly aromatic and elegant, with a nose of wild cherries, bay leaves, and rose petals. The medium-bodied palate has flavors of red currants and plum, with hints of orange peel and earthy spice on the long finish.

LITER BOTTLE of organic, natural Arneis & dry Moscato. Vibrant & fun! This bianco is a blend of Arneis and Moscato Bianco. Lots of dry citrus, honey, minerals and lemon peel. Chill, leave it open and enjoy in the sunshine on the patio. No additives or processing aids are used, and ‘intervention’ in the naturally occurring fermentation process is kept to a minimum. The result is a living wine – wholesome and full of naturally occurring microbiology.

VERDISO – GREGOLETTO – 2020
Tart apple, fresh herbs, minerals and a clean, saline finish accented by a hint of almond. The Verdiso grape is indigenous to the dramatic landscape in the foothills of the Dolomites, and while permitted in small quantities in the region’s ubiquitous Prosecco, the variety is rarely ever bottled on its own. The Gregolettos are among the last to do so, creating a still white full of zest and intrigue.

Organic rosé with a bright, floral finish and a striking deep-amber hue. Frappato is one on the many extraordinary indigenous grapes from the island of Sicily. This rosato of frapatto has a vibrancy, bright red fruit character, and gorgeous color.

From organic vines planted next to the beach in Emilia Romagna, Mirco Mariotti produces his bubbles in the méthode ancestrale, from vines located in the heart of Bosco Eliceo. The 2016 ‘Set e Mez’ is fruit-forward and bright, with a fizzy, off-dry finish. Named for the card game traditionally played on the beach, this wine is perfect for the patio!
