We are a healthy prepared meals grab and go location. Our meals are prepared fresh never frozen in a local headquarters kitchen. The meals are cooked and refrigerated all you need to do is heat it and eat it!!! Everything is Gluten Free and Dairy Free on the menu and we have Vegan meals as well!!!
