Red Mountain Brewing, opened in June 2017, is the newest addition to the area’s upper end dining selection. Offering what Chef/Owner John Warren describes as American comfort food with international influences, RMB aims to serve a rotating menu of creative cuisine paired with exceptional in house brews.

With indoor and outdoor seating options, RMB has the space to suit your preferred dining experience. Everybody’s Ale – 4.9% Abv – 11 Ibu
This cream ale is light and crisp with a hint of citrus and subtle lemony aroma. Tastes smooth with a hint of malt sweetness softened by oats and rice. Perfectly paired with a hot summer day. Everybody’s ale is built for those who want to cool down with an easy drinking light beer.
Summits Stout – 9.6% Abv -70 Ibu
Climbing this complex imperial stout will give you notes of chocolate, vanilla, coconut, and a hint of dark fruit. Experiencing this stout is a trip all on its own. At 9.6% this beer gives you that high altitude adventure you have been looking for. So grab your pack and poles and get ready for a good ol’ time.
Little Neddy’s Mexi/Vienna Lager 5.3% Abv-25 Ibu
Inspired by the german and swiss brewers who brought their vienna style of brewing to mexico in the 1800s. This smooth and malty beer is easy drinking and crisp with subtle bready undertones by calista of by notes of dried citrus fruits in finish. Aggravator- Doppelbock- 7.6% Abv-40 Ibu
Our version of the classic doppelbock is rich, full bodied, extremely complex and malt driven, w combine american and german malts to impart sweetness and depth, and balance with classic noble hops, then add the secret ingredient, time. Our 3 week lagering time gives the beer time to slowly mature at its own pace, leaving it to be easy to drink and balanced.
Unhoplicated Ddh Ipa -7.3% Abv-70 Ibu
Our previous ipa was a big and complex combo of 4 malts and 5 hops as complex and complicated as they come. So, we decided to go to the other end of the spectrum with a smash, this means only one malt and one hop. So we gave a healthy dose of our house proximity pale malt and selected our coolest hop, galaxy. Galaxy is a big and diverse hop all on its own lending aromas of oranges and pineapples then presenting strongly on the pallet with up front, lively bitterness and finishing juicy and clean!
Riceicle – Imperial American Pilsner – 7.4 % Abv – 18 Ibu
Is it really 7%, yes, so be careful. We are sticking to our simplicity theme, the malt bill is 60/40 pilsner and rice. We split the rice between jasmine and short grain american rice which mix to leave a light fruity aroma and body then added noble german hops to give a slight herbal finish. It drinks lite, tastes great, is less filling, goes down like a silver bullet, it’s for you bud, waaaassssssuuuusp, it’s riceicle, ouraynian, for beer, but good. You’ll want to drink it, then freeze it, so you can skate on it, then thaw it out again so you can drink it, responsibly.
The Shaggy Coo Scotch Ale – 8.0% Abv-25 Ibu
Usually, damp, cold, cows standing in a peat bog are not the images we want to evoke with our beer. However, it’s all about context. We pay homage to everyone’s favorite local scotsman with our version of the scotch ale. Made with some non traditional ingredients, as per usual we add a bunch of munich malt for added depth alongside peated malt and some american hops for good measure. The result is a smoky aroma and deep amber color, resulting in caramel sweetness with rich depth of sweet prune, plum and a hint of raisin. We think it’s the perfect companion to share with your shaggy coo.

7.5 abv/16.1 og/95 ibu golden door is a west coast style ipa. True to its style this beer has a very simple malt bill that allows it to showcase its massive hop profile. 1876 Centennial Pale Ale
5.7 abv/14.5 og / 46 ibus this pale ale was named in honor of the great year 1876 in which colorado became a state during the centennial year of the united states. This pale ale is a hop showcase. By keeping the malt bill simple, centennial hops express notes of pine, lemon and grapefruit giving this beer crisp bitterness.		 $5.00
Heavy Altitude
5.6 abv /14.1 og/38 ibu altbier is one of the few german ale styles. It was fermented at a lower than normal temperature to give a clean crisp profile for a darker beer. A 50/50 mix of german pilsner malt and german munich malt gives it sweet bready undertones. The body is balanced out by a heavy dose of tettnang hops giving it a dry and slightly bitter bite on the finish.		 $5.00
Lycan Pub Ale
5.4 abv/11.4 og/30 ibus this british style pale ale is a hybrid of sorts. A balance of styrian golding and chinook hops give it a spicy, piney, soft bitterness up front. Then the malty body comes in to rinse your palette with a touch of honey-like sweet- ness.		 $5.00
