The Red Stag in Northeast Minneapolis was the first LEED-CI certified restaurant in Minnesota. The menu is Northwoods supper club fare made with locally sourced, sustainably farmed ingredients, and seafood that follows the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch guidelines. The classic cocktails and extensive beer and wine list, Fish Fry Fridays, and Wisconsin feel pay homage to our neighbors to the east. Serving brunch, lunch, dinner and late-night eats. The private event space next door in the Club Room and Courtyard can accommodate up to 100 guests.
