As a member of the Clean Fish Alliance, REVEL is mindful of sustainable seafood, with fresh, wild fish offerings, including Arctic Char Tartare and Wild Alaskan King Salmon, found on our menu. Much of REVEL’s produce comes from Long Island and Sullivan County, while our all-natural prime cuts of meat come from Aspen Ridge in Colorado. Aspen Ridge sources prime-aged black Angus beef from the most exclusive family-owned ranches in America. Fresh pastas, salads, and a variety of gourmet dishes round out the menu, offering appetizing options for every palate.
