As the only Japanese-owned restaurant of its kind in town, Sake 107 offers high quality Japanese food and fine sake. While food at Sake 107 is prepared using traditional methods, novelty is in no way sacrificed. Some dishes include flavors and ingredients unique to Eiji’s home area of Aichi prefecture in Japan. Including ingredients that are local and sustainable is a high priority at Sake 107.
Many Sonoma County locals who love Japanese food know about Hana Japanese Restaurant in Rohnert Park where Eiji worked as a sushi chef from 2006 to 2011. In more recent years, before opening Sake 107, he worked at another high end sushi restaurant in San Anselmo called Sushi 69.
