I have 12 years of experience working as a professional sushi chef and I have been teaching these sushi classes for over 5 years now. I have taught over 300 people how to roll sushi in the past 5 years and I have trained 6 chefs to go onto becoming professional sushi chefs.
I have experience managing a restaurant, opening a new restaurant, consulting for a restaurant, and I currently run my own sushi business (www.secretsofsushi.com). I am also currently building a YouTube channel to teach people how to roll sushi at home (Secrets of Sushi on YouTube).
