Liquifaction (LF) Kölsch 4.8% ABV 25 IBU Seismic Brewing Company, Sebastopol, CA
Brewer’s Notes Rooted in the history of Köln (Cologne), Germany, Kölsch is an old-world beer style known for its subtly understated flavors of malt and fruit. We enhance this delicate-yet-delicious flavor profile with floral hop nobility and a distinct San Francisco sourdough character to create an homage to the traditional Kölsch beer with a modern twist. Behind The Name A brew best described as liquid satisfaction, it was inspired by liquefaction, a phenomenon in which saturated soil collapses under the force of an earthquake, changing it completely. This Kölsch style ale uses 100% traditional German ingredients, keeping it true to style, and pairs well with just about any food or situation you can throw at it. Liquifaction is a true hybrid beer, bridging the gap between ales and lagers, appealing to both beer geeks and beer novices alike
$9.00
Bavik Super Pils (LF) Pilsner – Other 5.2% ABV 22 IBU Bavikhove, Vlaanderen
Bavik Super Pils obtains its unique flavour through an exceptional brewing process. Our 100% malt pilsner is not diluted, we only use aroma hops and guarantee a long and cold maturation process (30 days). Pasteurization is out of the question. Those 4 elements result into this unique, award winning pilsner. Never compromise on taste!
$8.00
Pillow Line Pale (LF) Pale Ale 5.4% ABV South Lake Brewing Company, South Lake Tahoe, CA
This style-bending beer is hopped generously with El Dorado and Mosaic hops, yet is pleasantly smooth. Flaked oats give this otherwise dry ale a”fluffy” mouthfeel, before fading to notes of macerated tropical fruit salad, honey dew juice, and citrus pith. This beer will remind you of killer winter powder days
$9.00
Weihenstephaner Hefeweizen (LF) Hefeweizen 5.4% ABV 14 IBU Freising, Bayern
Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time (always a pleasure / enjoyment), goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill
$9.00
White Ale, Witbier 5.2% ABV 13 IBU Allagash Brewing Company, Portland, ME

Its delicate hints of citrus and fresh aroma are the reason why this naturally cloudy Radler is one of Austria’s most popular beverages

Mischief, Belgian Strong Golden Ale 8.5% ABV 35 IBU The Bruery, Placentia, CA
Mischief is a hoppy Belgian-style golden strong ale. This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. Enjoy it, but you’ll want to keep an eye out
$9.00
Curieux, Belgian Tripel 10.2% ABV 27 IBU Allagash Brewing Company, Portland, ME
First brewed back in 2004, Curieux was our initial foray into barrel aging. To make Curieux, we take our Tripel and let it age in bourbon barrels for six-to-eight weeks. Once that time is up, we take the beer out of our cold cellars and blend it back with a portion of fresh Tripel. The resulting rich, golden ale features smooth notes of coconut, vanilla, and a hint of bourbon

Off the Hook (IF) IPA – New England / Hazy 6.8% ABV Original Pattern Brewing Company, Oakland, CA
Four score and seven beers ago, we first brewed this colorful brew… It’s a beer that we don’t brew very often, but one we could never forget. Massive notes of orange juice and bright citrus with undertones of berries and dank. Brewed an all-American hop bill of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops. A four-pack of these tie-dye cans is a BBQ necessity!

(10,0% ABV) Worldwide seen as one of the best beers in the world. It’s a very balanced beer, with a full-bodied taste and a perfect equilibrium between malty, bitter and sweet. Dunkel (DF) Dunkelweizen (Dark Hefe) 5.3% ABV 14 IBU Erdinger, Erding, Bayern
This wheat beer is calm and confident. Strong, dark and exceptionally harmonious. The first sip reveals a symphony of carefully selected dark wheat and barley malts. Together with their refined roasting aromas, they give this wheat beer its strong character. Lively carbonic acid plays on the tongue and ERDINGER’s traditional yeast adds its top-fermenting note. What makes this full-bodied specialty go down so easily? It’s the balance between malt notes with their touch of sweetness and a pleasantly refreshing finish that reverberates long on the palate. Lovers of strong aromas appreciate ERDINGER Dunkel as a genuine specialty. “Bayerische Edelreifung” – for perfect enjoyment. Brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law

Rotating Taps
Pulp IPA – New England / Hazy 6.9% ABV Fieldwork® Brewing Company, Berkeley, CA
Dating back to 2016 Pulp originated as a sister beer to our Pulp Free West Coast IPA, except for Pulp we drop the bittering additions and package it without any fining agents, leaving it turbid and creamy. Using a much more fruit-focused yeast strain this IPA kicks off complimentary esters of over-ripe peaches falling from a tree that pairs perfectly with its juicy Citra hops. While none of our beers are filtered, PULP exemplifies this with the appearance of an opaque monster that adds a nice juicy mouthfeel to the beer, making it stick to the palate in an aggressive nature. The abundance of Citra hops creates an aromatic bombardment that smells like a Sunday drive through a citrus orchard at the peak of season; with notes of fresh-squeezed orange juice, lemon head candies, peach candy rings, and juicy sweet mango trekking from the first sniff to the last sip. Pulp delivers just what we want, pure juicy hop deliciousness in its most natural of forms
$8.00
Shamash Pit, Sour – Fruited 8% ABV Fieldwork® Brewing Company, Berkeley, CA
Cherries and Apricots; two of the most perfect fruits to bless our happy little bellies. Shamash Pit combines these little orbs of deliciousness into a high-powered tart fruited sour that is all about their bright and vivacious flavors. Its electric bite catalyzes a flavor profile drenched in notes of sour red cherries and juicy fresh apricots. Moderate in body and sweetness with a bright acidic bite and exuberant notes of sweet apricots, sour cherries, gas station Zinfandel, and red Icee. [contains: Sour Cherries, Apricots]
$7.50
Saint Thomas IPA – New England / Hazy 6.7% ABV Fieldwork® Brewing Company, Berkeley, CA
Originally the second beer in our one-time-only appreciation-fueled “Saint Series,” and after months of longing to drink it again, we gave in and promoted Saint Thomas to rotational status in our series of hazy IPAs. This single hop American IPA showcases Mosaic hops alongside our clean and grainy pilsner malt and copious amounts of wheat and oats. Living up to its name, Saint Thomas opens up with an aromatic barrage of freshly made tropical fruit salad, dousing the sinuses in a cavalcade of over-ripe melons and fresh-squeezed fruit juice. Honeydew Melon, ripe citrus, fresh green grapes, and hints of pineapple juice dominate the palate. The grain bill provides a blank canvas, letting the hop character dance all over the palate, finishing with a clean and refreshing note of freshly cut ruby red grapefruit. We try our best not to admit that we have a favorite, but it is impossible to deny how much we adore this tropical fruit punch of a beer

Olyvia, Pale Ale – Belgian 5.8% ABV Fieldwork® Brewing Company, Berkeley, CA
To say everyone has been reevaluating things over the last couple years would be an understatement, and we’d be no different. Our passion for Belgian Ales and European Lagers has always been central to what we do, but we finally found some time to reimagine what we can do and how we want to do it. Olyvia is the first of these beers to hit our packaging line. Our take on a true classic, Olyvia is simple but void of any cut corners. Its ingredient list is simple; the best Pale Ale malt Belgium has to offer, a light dusting of two of the most classic European noble hops ever, and our favorite Trappist yeast to produce notes of pear, apple, banana, cherry, plum, lemon, and hints of pepper and biscuit. While often playing second fiddle to the more popular Belgian Golden Strong Pale Ales, the simple Belgian Pale Ale is maybe one of the greatest styles of beer in history; popping off all of the same esters and flavors that Belgium made famous but more sessionable
