At ThAiPAS we serve Authentic Thai Street Food. Chef Prang comes from Koh Lipe, a small island in the Deep South of Thailand. Prang grew up working for her aunts at their Thai Restaurant where she developed her passion for cooking. We offer dishes for all pallets from sweet and savory, to authentic Spicy Dishes, made with the traditional flavor profiles you will find in the South of Thailand. So if we ask if you can handle real spicy, just know we are not kidding.
